Please note that we are a large cafe, and we don’t have a separate private room or corporate function space. We cannot supply AV equipment, projectors, microphones or screens.

If you have a group of over 18 people (our largest table), we need to streamline things for both staff and guests and do a semi-set menu with a set price per head to make things easy for everyone. On weekends and public holidays, group bookings of more than 18 can only be arranged for after 12.30 pm to allow us time to tend to our peak service periods.

There are 2 choices for a group booking. $33 per head for a choice of 4 hot meals and coffee/tea/chocolate of choice and a 2 hour timeslot, or $44 for fruit and pastries followed by a choice of 4 hot dishes with a 3 hour timeslot. All pricing includes GST. If you’d like to include bubbles, wine or cocktails with your brunch, let us know in the email, and we can provide a quote.

Numbers are estimated at the time of booking and confirmed with a standard CC guarantee for which no money is held at the time. 7 days prior to your event, you will need to confirm numbers and provide payment. You are issued with an invoice, and payment is via EFT. This allows you to avoid the merchant’s card fee of 1.5% by paying via card.

On weekends, there is a 10% higher wage surcharge and 15% on public holidays. Without this, it would not be possible for us to open on weekends and public holidays.
