Our Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIA

All orders of 2 X 1kg bags or more of our blend or more are shipped free of charge.

We use Australia Post for our deliveries and Wiz Me for larger orders. there may be delays due to Covid-19 freight restrictions but if you provide your details for tracking, you will be able to track your order once we have shipped it. All orders leave our Wright st premises within 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

Sorry, we currently don't ship outside Australia.

Returns

Refunds or exchanges are not excepted for coffee purchases, unless in the case of a mistake in packing or shipping on our behalf. We make every effort to avoid these errors, but in the event that you receive an item differing to that which you ordered, please contact contact@mykingdomforahorse.com.au and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. 

Tax Invoices

A receipt will be provided with your order.  If you require a tax invoice as well, please record this in the notes section when you place your order.
